Repairs and Returns

In the unlikely event that your item requires repair or restringing, we do provide repair services.  During the first 90 days, these repairs are complimentary, provided you retain the majority of your beads and stones.  Beyond this period, a nominal service fee starting at $20 will apply, along with shipping costs.  The specifics may vary on a case-by-case basis.  
If your item was purchased over a year ago and is missing gemstones or a substantial number of beads, it may be deemed irreparable.  Please reach out to us so we can provide you a discount code for a replacement. 
To initiate the repair process, please reach out to us at with your name and order number.  Please be aware that authorized repairs may take a minimum of 2-4 weeks to be completed.
We appreciate you're understanding. 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift Cards and Custom Orders can not be returned or refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Buyer is responsible for shipping items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you to begin the return process. If for any reason your return is rejected, we will contact you as well. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, see our note below if you have not received your refund after 14 days.  Shipping charges will not refunded.  
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Custom Orders (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
