Materials & Quality
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We exclusively use premium materials: 14/20 Gold Filled and 925 Solid Sterling Silver. All our precious metal beads are sourced and made in the USA, ensuring the highest quality and supporting American craftsmanship.
What's the difference between gold-filled and gold-plated?
Our 14/20 gold-filled beads have a gold layer that is 50 to 100 times thicker than standard gold-plated beads. While gold-plated items use a thin electroplated film (<0.05% gold by weight), gold-filled (1/20 14K) items are mechanically bonded with heat and pressure to consist of at least 5% 14K gold by weight, offering superior durability and lasting beauty.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Yes! Our jewelry is designed to withstand daily wear, including exposure to water. You can confidently wear your pieces while swimming, showering, or in any weather conditions.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Our gold-filled and quality sterling silver pieces are tarnish-free and resist tarnishing with minimal maintenance. However, 925 Sterling Silver can naturally oxidize over time, developing a patina. Simply polish with a soft cloth to restore its original shine.
Ordering & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing times vary depending on whether items are in stock or are special orders. In stock items usually ship by the next business day. Special order items can take up to 14 days to ship. Shipping times depend on your location. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.

Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my jewelry?
Our pieces are designed for everyday wear and require minimal maintenance. For gold-filled jewelry, simply wipe with a soft cloth. For sterling silver, if oxidation occurs, polish gently with a silver cloth to restore shine.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or pool?
Absolutely! Our jewelry is waterproof and designed to be worn during all your daily activities.
